In life,
there are two main ways to becoming successful; education and talent. Even
though there are other ways, these two are very crucial one should invest most
of their time on. About 65%, they are directly proportional to each other.
In my
article, One source of income, danger ahead,
I said education shouldn’t be the only way of one being successful. The
same case applies to the other side of the coin; even talent shouldn’t be the
only source of income.
Let’s take
this analogy of bloggers, most of these people their talent is writing. Now you can’t tell me bloggers didn’t attend any
class, of course they had to so that they gain the skill of writing. That there
justifies what I have just said.
Furthermore,
one can employed in an institution where a certain talent is an extra
requirement, the person who has that talent will have the added advantage. Besides
doing the professional job, he/she will be also nurturing his/her talent.
Everyone of
us has to get the papers for employment purposes, but also we have to nurture
our talent for deployment purposes. Deployment is whereby you work for yourself.
And in the end you will be successful.
